What materials are used?

All Cleora pieces are made from high-polish 925 sterling silver and set with colourless (D), VVS1 moissanite. Materials are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Why moissanite instead of diamonds?

Moissanite offers exceptional brilliance and fire with a lower environmental impact. It is a considered alternative for modern jewellery.

Will my jewellery tarnish or fade?

Sterling silver is naturally tarnish-resistant. With normal care and dry storage, pieces maintain their finish over time.

Can jewellery be worn in water?

We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, or bathing. Avoiding moisture and chemicals helps preserve both silver and stones.

How should jewellery be cared for?

Do you offer custom sizing?

If your size is not listed, contact us and we’ll advise on available custom options.

Can an order be updated or cancelled?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes may be possible if processing has not begun.

How long does shipping take?

Orders undergo a quality inspection within 24 hours.

Standard tracked UK delivery typically takes 5–12 working days. Tracking details are sent once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK and offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50.
