Warranty Coverage

All Cleora jewellery includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and issues related to craftsmanship.

 

What's Covered

The warranty applies to the following manufacturing issues:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Loose or missing stones not caused by impact or misuse

  • Faulty clasps or closures

  • Structural issues unrelated to normal wear

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnishing

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or exposure to chemicals

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Alterations or repairs carried out by third-party jewellers

  • Custom or personalised items

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  2. Claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will repair or replace the item, or provide a replacement of equal value where appropriate.

Shipping

Shipping costs for approved warranty claims are covered by Cleora.

If a claim is not approved, return shipping costs apply.
