Warranty Coverage
All Cleora jewellery includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and issues related to craftsmanship.
What's Covered
The warranty applies to the following manufacturing issues:

Manufacturing defects

Loose or missing stones not caused by impact or misuse

Faulty clasps or closures

Structural issues unrelated to normal wear
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnishing

Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or exposure to chemicals

Lost or stolen items

Alterations or repairs carried out by third-party jewellers

Custom or personalised items

Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

If approved, we will repair or replace the item, or provide a replacement of equal value where appropriate.
Shipping
Shipping costs for approved warranty claims are covered by Cleora.
If a claim is not approved, return shipping costs apply.
